What we can do for you:

  • We can pick up rent - this allows us to view your property and ensure proper maintenance. We do more thorough inspections roughly 45 days before every renewal.
  • Disburse funds to either the owner's account or mail immediately upon funds clearing the bank.
  • Handle HOA issues, repairs, and maintenance; lawn, pool, and trash.
  • Seek a new suitable tenant as soon as lease termination is known through on-line and local marketing.
  • Screen potential tenants. This includes back ground checks, income/employment verification, and rental history.
  • Execute an eviction if needed. Serving a 5-day notice and continuing with an attorney who will file all necessary paper work.
  • Retrieve keys and facilitate all concerns needed to restore home to "like new" condition. This includes deep-cleaning, touch-up paint and/or painting as needed.
  • Periodically update you on comps in the area and track nearby sales - We will take a personal interest in your investment and help you get the best price when it's time to sell.
